Spencer E. Reich, Founder and CEO
Spencer Reich is a dynamic executive leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation. As Founder and CEO of The SER Group, he partners with both early-stage startups and large public companies to accelerate growth through strategic execution, deep industry insight, and AI-driven solutions.
Before launching The SER Group, Spencer was Senior Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Boosted.ai, leading the company's transformation from an early-stage, pre-revenue start-up to an industry leader in AI for investing. He spearheaded growth by adding over 100 institutional clients and raising over $40 million in Series A and Series B funding rounds.
Prior to joining Boosted.ai, Spencer was a portfolio manager at Tiger Management, reporting directly to Mr. Julian Robertson, Chairman of Tiger.
Spencer began his career at Goldman Sachs. He earned an MBA from The Wharton School and graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, and Magna Cum Laude.
